Degraded DNA - Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS)

Using our CNER technology, we make custom panels to enrich SNP regions for genotyping by sequencing (GBS) of degraded DNA. Our panels are validated for analyses of degraded DNA obtained from diverse samples like fossilized bones, environmental samples and forensic specimens.  We overcome the challenges of poor quality and low quantity of degraded DNA by targeted genotyping using CNERs.
